It provides quarterly consultations on traditional Chinese and Western medicinal practices and physical therapy to help employees and their families stay healthy. From supporting employees' families to have a safe childbirth to friendly long-term care, employees are entitled to childcare and children's education subsidies, and one-day paid leave for family care, exceeding the legal requirements. This year, a 24-hour professional psychological consultation program and caregiver-friendly services are implemented in the workplace. A subsidy of NT$20,000 per year for long-term care and an assistance program is provided to employees who need support for the long-term care of family members without leaving their job.
