The company employs internal and external cloud-based learning platforms to ensure that every employee has equal opportunities for growth through learning.

Guidance and Care for New Employees

The implementation of the new employee orientation, mentor program, and employee care interviews have effectively helped new employees quickly adapt to the company’s culture and workplace, resulting in improved employee retention. In 2023, the retention rate for new employees reached 69.2%.

Age-Friendly Workplace – Inheritance of Experience

We establish the "Middle-aged and Elderly Friendly Workplace Promotion Measures” to actively embrace experienced talent by hiring employees aged 45 and above, and retirees. We also create an age-friendly workplace, including upgrading computer monitors and office chairs to accommodate the physical needs that come with aging, in order for middle-aged and elderly employees work in comfort. In response to the aging workforce, the company continues to foster a healthy workplace to help employees maintain good health, mitigate the decline in physical strength and stamina, and prevent chronic diseases.

Disability-Friendly Workplace – Protect the rights of employment with disabilities

To support the employment of talent from disadvantaged groups and to make the best workplace for individuals with disabilities, we established the "Disability Talent Employment Promotion Measures."   • We conduct the "Health 360 Program" to safeguard employee well-being through "prevention," "maintenance," and "consultation" approaches.
