PLANET Technology, a global leading provider of IP-based networking products, has been participating in the global sustainability movement, "Earth Hour - Lights Off for an Hour," for 14 consecutive years. 

In 2024, PLANET is expanding its efforts by inviting clients, suppliers, and environmental sustainability initiatives, and collaborating with schools in social engagement, to collectively exercise ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) green influence and create a sustainable environment. 

Over the years, PLANET has become an industry-leading example of bringing environmental awareness and practicing sustainability values. Several sustainability achievements by PLANET include preventing air pollution from agriculture with its “Clean Air, Clear Mind Action” program, responding to RE100 (Global Corporate Renewable Energy Initiative), receiving ISO 14064-1 certification for reporting greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory to identify and reduce the impact of GHG, becoming a Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) supporter and many more. 

Earth Hour is a global sustainability movement where for one night everyone joins together to turn off the lights for 1 hour to bring awareness to climate change and environmental impact.
